Roll-O dairy bar is a 1958 Coca-Cola manufactured soda wagon, owned and operated by an ex superiority burger and blue hill at stone barns cook. with deep appreciation for the south jersey/philadelphia/jersey shore food, Roll-o is an attempt to re-introduce locality into a dairy bar. We TRY to use dairy cow with a goal of: burgers from the meat, fries cooked in its fat, and milkshakes made from the milk of the same cow. Now, that does not always happen based on seasonality of beef, but it is our goal to provide the most local and highest quality food we can
